CONTROLLING STRESS

Paintball has two ways to de-stress. First of it, paintball provides people to throw away their agression and nervousness in security .And provides relaxing physically and pyschologicallly. The second:Being in fire inherently causes stress. In paintball player feels himself like a hunt.so makes available to see people' reactions in stress

TEAMWORK

Paintball's major skill is teamwork.teamwork is not only important for winning game also important for fighting with natural hardness and others. People who play together well, will work together well.

IN CRISIS AND DECIDING TIME

It mustn't be thought like stress.Stress is affect that crisis makes people. Players must decide on ordering of precedence to reach their goals.in game precedences can chanfe quickly because of some factors. For example:your firs presedence is grabbing opponent teams's flag. It changes when a opponent player grabs your flag. Now your presedence becomes finding the player who grabbed flag and eliminate him.

SOLVING PROBLEMS

Different and unexampled goals/scenarios will improve people' skill of solving problems.

LEADERSHIP

Choosing leaders is important for both company's and person's future. In paintball you don't stake your capital. You can easily see natural leaders' appearance. Because people who have leadership will think that they are leader.

GAME DAYS & CONTROL

Even in paintball's easiest scenario,it is must that so many educations. The difference bertween unplanned game before education and planned game after education can easily be seen by players so education will achieve its mission.

Related subject and examples to scenarios:

Fighting with stress: A team is given a mission that defending their castles against the team which have more people and ammunution..

Teamwork: In 'defend the president' scenario team's goal is defending president and escorting him to go somewhere. Players can supreme sacrifice to defend president.

Solving Problems: After players play a scenario a few times scenarios are changed. For example if a team's goal is grabbing opponent team's flag and bringing it own castles new scenario becomes carrying flag to oppnent teams castle.

Making a decision in crisis: The goal decided before game is changes suddenly.

Communication: Will develop in game.And importance of communication can be shown by forbidding to communicate team friends (only opponent team can communicate).

Leadership: There is a rule that players cant move by theirselves. Players can only move when the leader directly isntructs them. But they can do major activities like hiding,firing and communicating.

Heroes of paintball are not well-built people. Important attributions are in paintball(also in reel life) cold blood, ability of strategy and teamwork. Psychical attributes are in second plan.
